ALLMI at Lead AP Event
ALLMI recently exhibited at the Industry Lifting Lead AP Group Open Day, held in Haddenham on 14th September.
Aimed at Appointed Persons, Logistics Managers, Procurement Leads, Plant Managers, and Senior Health and Safety professionals, the theme for the Open Day was innovations, load control and people-load-interface solutions. Delegates had the opportunity to see a working range of bespoke lifting equipment and hear from a number of guest speakers, including those from the Metropolitan Police and ALLMI member company, Radius Group.
ALLMI CEO, Tom Wakefield, comments “ALLMI has been involved with the Lead AP Group for many years, so we have witnessed its development into one of the lifting industry’s foremost collaborations for safety and good practice. It was, therefore, a pleasure to see its status and standing represented in the form of an excellent event, and to spend the day with delegates discussing a wide range of topical industry issues.”
| The Industry Lifting Lead AP Group was formed in 2015 to encourage collaboration and co-ordination between working groups, associations, governing bodies, contractors, owners and suppliers. Its objective is to support lifting industry improvements through the development and promotion of guidance and training, ultimately making lifting operations safer and more efficient. |
