The instructor must be trained in communication skills and instructional techniques to ensure they deliver the training programme in such a way that the candidate can fully understand the course content. ALLMI does not offer this type of qualification (our skill set is lorry loaders!) We do however, recognise that there are many qualifications available that demonstrate instructional techniques skills to a standard which would enable the instructor to deliver the ALLMI training programme.
