ALLMI Membership Satisfaction Survey
ALLMI has collated the results of its recent Membership Satisfaction Survey. The Association’s Marketing Officer, Fiona Parnell, comments “We are very grateful to the large number of members that participated and have been delighted with the responses. The results show an extremely high level of satisfaction amongst members and also gave us valuable feedback in terms of how we can further develop services and products for the good of the industry.”
The survey results covered a broad range of areas, but highlights include 95% of respondents stating they are very likely to recommend ALLMI membership; 100% confirming that ALLMI’s products and services were of a ‘high’ or ‘very high’ quality; 92% scoring ALLMI as either ‘very’ or ‘extremely’ responsive to industry issues; and 96% saying that communication on industry issues / Association activities was either ‘excellent’ or ‘above average’.
Parnell continues “We see this as a valuable process and intend to carry it out annually. The survey data provides a helpful benchmark against which to measure our progress, allowing us to ensure we are meeting members’ needs and that our activities are in line with the wants of the industry.”
