Following a 14% increase in demand for Instructor Course places over the last 12 months, one of ALLMI’s projects for Quarter Two of 2019 is to update this highly regarded training programme.
ALLMI Technical Manager, Keith Silvester, comments “The Instructor Course plays a fundamental role in the quality of training we supply. Together with the significant experience and related qualifications we request of instructors before they apply to join our scheme, the ALLMI Instructor Course forms the basis of their knowledge and expertise. When combined with the extensive training aids, technical support, CPD and auditing we provide, this equips instructors to deliver operator training to the highest standard.”
He continues “It’s obviously very important that we continually review the Instructor Course content and our methods for its delivery. Over the coming months we have some interesting ideas to explore in this regard, and we’ll undertake this process in conjunction with our Training Standards Committee, a panel comprising of experts from all corners of the lorry loader industry.”
