BS 7121 Update
The revision of ‘BS 7121-2-4 Code of practice for the safe use of cranes – Inspection, maintenance and thorough examination – Loader cranes’ has been completed.
The Standard is now going through the final editorial stages with BSI, with publication expected in the coming months.
The revision of ‘BS 7121-4 Code of practice for safe use of cranes – Lorry loaders’ has been put on hold whilst BSI sub-committee, MHE/3/11, considers the restructuring of the 7121 series, with the intention of removing any duplication across Parts.
